Terms of reference: water energy nexus

The proposed terms of reference for each technical committee are as follows:

Each committee will:

• Consist of registered network members. Registration is free and new members willing to participate in committees are encouraged but will be required to join the network

• Operate within the terms and conditions of the network as defined here: http://www.watefnetwork.co.uk/signup 

• Nominate and cooperate with the chair(s) as he/she who liaises with its committee members and the network's team

• Operate within the realms of their subject and the annual theme of the network

• Seek authorisation and operate within agreed budgetary limits

• Liaise with the network team to deliver its annual outputs in a timely and efficient manner

• Send representatives to the annual conference to disseminate its outputs

Members can belong to more than one technical committee at the discretion of the committee chair and its members.
